EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ME
My name is Caroline Ellen. I'm a parenting coach, qualified social worker and experienced trainer.
I've spent nearly 15 years working with vulnerable children, mentoring foster carers and families in healing the impact of childhood trauma.
I've also taught body safety to over 3000 children in the classroom.
I hold a Bachelor of Social Work, a Bachelor of Media and Communications, a Diploma of Project Management, a Diploma of Management and a Cert IV of Training and Assessment.
As a social worker, I completed countless hours of professional development in the areas of child development, attachment theory, neuroscience / neuroplasticity, and trauma-informed practice. My courses and my parent coaching draw heavily on these resources.
I am committed to providing relevant, up-to-date evidence-based advice and education.
I believe that when we create safe and responsive environments, we can give children the space they need to thrive. My vision is to contribute to a world where all children have the opportunity to fulfil their potential.
I am working towards this vision by creating online training, providing one on one support, and through parenting talks delivered both online and face to face. I will be sharing knowledge, resources and strategies to create safer environments for children and enhance their wellbeing.
